Confidence is EARNED.
And it can be MUCH easier to earn it than you think.
You will receive an email every day with your plan.
You will be required to take ACTION daily. (Even on the weekends. Don’t worry, you can do this challenge no matter where you are or what you’re doing. We’re creating confidence for LIFE, remember?)
It will require you to be brave and do hard things.
I will be with you every step of the way to help you complete this challenge with DAILY check ins.
After 30 days, you’ll know how to create confidence forever. You need to learn these skills to make your confidence sustainable.
Hi, I’m Felicia! I’m just a normal person who was on a normal path to get a degree, hopefully start a family, and start a pretty… normal life. Once I got into the self-development world, I’ve been able to accomplish more in life than I ever thought I would (and I still have A LOT of life to live)!!
I’ve run 12 half marathons and a full marathon in 12 states within 11 months (and couldn’t staaand running running before this). I competed in a bikini competition after having a disordered relationship with food (and myself). I wrote a book. And I’ve traveled (many times completely alone) to over 25 countries. And then I bought a converted van and traveled the US with my puppy!
I’ve learned how to live a big, BOLD, confident life. And it’s been so fun (and so uncomfortable, of course). I’m so excited to teach you how to do the same!

Here are a few examples of daily dares you could complete as part of the challenge: take a new dance class alone, ask for your coffee to be free today, ask your boss for a raise, find an opportunity to make a public speech, post no makeup, unfiltered selfie. Does just reading those make you feel a little squirmish? That’s the point! You’ll get SO good at feeling uncomfortable things, you’ll gain incredible trust in yourself that you can feel any negative feeling and still have your own back. AND some amazing things will happen in your life because put yourself out there. The dares will be different for each person. It depends on what feels uncomfortable and scary for YOU.

For me, way too much. Humans prefer to stay comfortable and small. Being bold and confident typically doesn’t come naturally.
But I’m not willing to live a small, self-conscious life forever. I hope you’re not either. Let’s do this.
